We meet every last Tuesday of every Month except July and August the time is
7:00 pm. membership is $15 pp per year.


Due to this Pandemic we have not been able to meet.
but i will give a brief update.
We had our Scholarship of our 2 schools, which are Newfield High School and Centereach High school, And hosting it was our Chairman  Frank Scalia and Chairwoman Linda Scalia. they  read all the essays and picked 1 student for each school. Thank you both. And since Joe Kiely has resigned as President and turned the gavel over to Frank Renderio it is that time of the year for our new President to appoint is Executive board and they are listed above.
Also we have great news Robert R Stills Club President Rosalie Hanson and her members are merging with our club. So welcome Robert R Stills Club.

We will be having our Installation Dinner and President Frank having been sworn in with his newly appointed board.
We are trying to manage where and when to have this, dinner will be served,dessert as well.  we have been making this a free event for the pass few years but due to this virus, we will be charging 35. pp this year.

KEVIN BURKE HONORED AT OUR JANUARY MEETING

Kevin Burke was honored at our January meeting for his participation in the Haiti relief effort.  Kevin traveled to the region with a group from the Nassau County Police Department to deliver much needed supplies to the victims of the devistating earthquake.  All of us at the Mid-Brookhaven Republican Club applaud Kevin for his unselfish efforts.  Thank you Kevin.

MBRC "MEET THE CANDIDATES NIGHT" 09

We held our annual "Meet the Candidates Night" on Wednesday, September 30, 2009.  We had an overflowing crowd of close to 70 people.  It was a huge success.  Most of our local candidates were there.  Also in attendance were our Tax Receiver, Lou Marcoccia, past Brookhaven Republican Chairman and Town Councilman Gene Gerrard and his lovely wife, Edna and our very special guest, Sgt. Dylan Nassano, who just returned from two tours in Iraq.  Dylan was presented with awards from Councilwoman Kathy Walsh, 4th Legislative candidate Tom Muratore and Knights of Columbus Council #7262 Grand Knight, and MBRC member, Joe Callari.  To view pictures of the event, click on the title or the link below.  To view a video of the event, click on the Youtube link on the right of this page.

FAMILY FUN NIGHT A HUGE SUCCESS

Our 3rd Annual "Family Fun Night" was a huge success. It was held on Thursday, August 27 at the Village Green Miniature Golf Course in Ronkonkoma. An overwhelming crowd of close to 200 people jammed the two golf courses at Village Green. Everyone from the smallest child to the oldest adult had a great time. After their round golfers were treated to ice cream and soda and had the opportunity to purchase tickets for one or more of the 75 prizes given away that evening.

Our own Councilwoman and Deputy Supervisor, Kathy Walsh was a lovely and gracious hostess as always. This 3rd annual event was the best yet thanks to the efforts of Chairperson Theresa Sperduto and her committee. You all did a wonderful job. Special thank goes out to the close to 40 individuals and business that purchased hole sponsor signs and to all those who donated the prizes. Can't wait till next year.

FAMILY FUN NIGHT, AUGUST 27, 2009

Please join us for our 3rd annual "Family Fun Night" on Thursday, August 27, 2009 from 6 to 9 pm at the Village Green Miniature Golf Course, 974 Portion Rd. Ronkonkoma. A donation of $10 includes 18 holes of miniature golf on one of two courses, soft drinks, ice cream and new this year, entrance to the new Kid's Play Area. We also have close to 60 prizes to raffle off (raffles start at 8 pm). It is a great night out for the entire family.
